FM Outsource approached us to help solve a unique problem, they knew their employees loved working for them, but were worried they weren’t always sure who they were working for. We were sure this was a problem we could help with.
FM Outsource handle customer services for a number of well-known brands so they were concerned their colleagues were more engaged with the brand they represented to customers rather than the overarching company.
We ran a teaser campaign including office rebrand, emails and posters to get the employees excited and engaged with the upcoming activities and over the course of a week conducted a series of focus groups and one to ones with staff.
These were incredibly well received and we had a 100% attendance rate. We’re excited to help FM Outsource continue on their journey to develop an internal comms brand that truly reflects their amazing employees and the company they love.
