RentalCars.com Share the Love

We were asked to help Rentalcars.com’s employees engage with the company’s five core values. Rentalcars.com wanted to explain the importance of each value and demonstrate how they should become a way of life for its employees. We identified love was a common theme throughout each of Rentalcars.com’s values, which inspired us to create ‘The Little Book of Love’.

The Little Book of Love was divided into five sections, each focusing on a key value. Every section explained more about why the value was chosen and how their employees could make it a way of life.

Each individual value was shared through animated emails and workspace screens, to ensure everybody was engaged with the new values.

One of Rentalcars.com’s values was based on the desire to get rid of jargon from the workplace, something we were only too happy to help with!
