Our brief was to create a campaign for Stanton Fisher to help the brand stand out in a very crowded market and showcase its financial products; PPI, packaged bank accounts (PBA) and flight delay claims. To do this we initial focused on PPI claims and created a ‘hero’ character, who stands up for consumers and highlights the injustice of PPI and how money has been wrongfully taken from them.
We rolled our work out to the market via TV and print and distributed it to new and existing client databases. Stanton Fisher were delighted with the new direction the brand was taking; as they believed it would make a big impact in a crowded market. We also created 20-second adverts focusing on each type of claim (PPI, PBA and flight delays), to ensure consumers understood the process of claiming.
