National Partner Conference 2017

The Pets at Home Vet Group hold an annual two-day conference for their JVPs (Joint Venture Partners), which is designed to update them on the latest business information, keep them informed of new trends and to offer them fresh and relevant CPD (Compulsory Professional Development) sessions. In addition, the partners and colleagues from the support office have the opportunity to network at a formal dinner and awards ceremony to celebrate their successes.

Breakout Rooms

We worked with the client to create an event brand look and feel. From there we developed the set/stage and conference content, working with the presenters and breakout session hosts to ensure content was relevant and engaging. Pre-event we designed and built a bespoke event website that enabled delegates to register their attendance, as well as booking which breakout sessions they wanted to attend throughout the course of the event.

To sit alongside the conference, we also organised an exhibition for the Pets at Home Vet Group’s suppliers to attend and give them an opportunity to network and showcase their latest products. We handled every aspect of the exhibition from the floor plans, to the booking packs and on-site support for all 41 exhibitors.

Our teams handled all aspects of the on-site event and delegate management process, with the aim of making the whole process as stress-free for our client as possible.
